I had 2 external motorised blinds installed. Stan have been great. Quality products with reasonable prices and quick installation. Highly recommended.

Stan installed curtains with tracks attached to the ceiling plasterboard without using any support structure like batons or noggins. We didn’t know better at the time - as a professional that claims to have expert installation he would/should have known better- consequently the curtain tracks have one by one ripped out of the ceiling damaging the... plasterboard and leaving great holes. He took no responsibility in this gross error nor offered any solutions other then giving me a number of an installer who would come (never showed) to give a quote for repairs. After spending well over $20K for curtains and blinds in our brand new home, Stan has left us with a damaged home and products we cannot use.On another note, nothing was delivered within the agreed time frames. We needed blinds for a very large room which was 4 meters in height. Stan from InDesign Blinds arrived promptly to look at the project. Forget about any after sales service with this guy. Broken shutters need replacing. Never returns messages or calls. He did his installation and got his money. I will respond to your response now Stan. you did do work for Alex in McKinnon. to which the shutters have broken and you cannot be bothered retuning our text messages and calls.

Decent blind as reasonable price but I had difficulties communicating (eg arrange dates) and still waiting for a proper invoice a month later

We have used inDesign Blinds multiple times for indoor and outdoor blinds. The prices are reasonable, the products are high quality and the after sales service is excellent. Just as an example, Stan dropped by on Christmas Eve to make an adjustment to our outdoor blinds (caused by unrelated renovations). Would recommend.

Stan and his team are excellent at what they do. Stan was very informative and knowledgeable with what would look best for my home, even when I wasn’t sure. The service and professionalism he displayed made the experience easy. I cannot recommend him enough!
